Special guest speaker, Kate Fitzpatrick, Mobility Management Specialist will speak on SFMTA’s Services for Seniors & People with Disabilities with special attention to SF Para transit Program, Shop-A-Round (a door to door service to grocery stores), & Van Gogh Shuttle (group transportation to cultured & social events to reduce social isolation.) Take home recipes for healthy eating, socialize, meet your neighbor practice Qigong & maybe take home a raffle prize.
