Please join us for a free community meeting to socialize, meet neighbors & Practice Qigong. Take home recipes for healthy eating. Guest Speaker: Rowena Fontanos, BASW, MNA, will inform us on the Aging & Disability Centers (ADRCs) in San Francisco that offer free information & assistance on issues affecting older people & people with disabilities, regardless of income.
The ADRC serves as a one-stop shop for information so that consumers can be aware of their rights to remain living independently in the community by providing efficient information & referral services. Raffle prizes will be given.
